The terms under which Hermes Personal is made available.
Acceptance
By authorizing and using Hermes Personal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not grant it access.
Personal use
Hermes Personal is a private tool made for the personal use of the account owner who authorized it. You are responsible for the requests you make and the ways you use the content it produces.
Authorized access only
Connect only Google accounts and websites that you own or are authorized to access. You agree not to use Hermes Personal to access data you are not permitted to see.
No medical advice or diagnosis
If you enable the Google Health integration, any summary of activity or sleep data is informational only. It is not medical advice and cannot diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a qualified professional for health questions.
No guaranteed availability
Hermes Personal is provided on a best-effort basis. It may be unavailable, change, or be incorrect at times, and there is no guarantee of continuous operation, particular results, or accuracy.
Revoking access and discontinuation
You can revoke Hermes Personal's access at any time from your Google account. The operator may also discontinue the tool or change or remove its capabilities. You can request deletion of data held by the operator at any time.
